Terms of service

These terms govern your use of The Movement at themovement.live. The Movement lets people recognize others, share thank-yous, and explore social connections. Contact the team at admin@noira.us about these terms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate account information, use an account you are authorized to use, and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate another person or claim their profile.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give The Movement permission to host, process, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the features and visibility settings you choose. This permission is limited to operating the service and handling shared recognition history as described in the privacy policy.

Only upload content you have the right to share. Get appropriate permission before sharing another person's photos, video, contact details, or private information. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material to a public profile or recognition.

Deleting an account does not automatically erase recognition history that involves other people. Send requests to remove retained text or media to admin@noira.us. The privacy policy explains current controls and limitations.

Do not use the service for harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful activity, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not publish private contact details without permission, bypass access controls, scrape private information, or interfere with the service.

You can report content and block people using the available controls. We may review reports, restrict access, or hide or remove content that violates these terms or creates a safety concern. Contact admin@noira.us to ask for review of a moderation decision.

Tree and Orb represent invitation relationships. Global shows home regions people choose to share; it does not track live location. Network status is based on eligible members who join through an invitation chain. Thank-yous and friend requests do not increase that count. Status currently has no rewards or cash value. Friend status and map placement do not verify someone's identity, character, or safety. You decide what to share and how to interact with others.

Google sign-in and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and behavior may affect your use of The Movement.

Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that other users' content is accurate. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

You may stop using the service and use the account controls described in the privacy policy. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or to protect users and the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

When these terms change, we will update the effective date and communicate material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. Contact admin@noira.us with questions, content complaints, or account concerns.
